Happy Easter

The kids and I decorated our Easter eggs. There are several things that I have to remind my children of every year of Easter egg dying.

1. Food coloring does not come out of clothes very easily.

2. You must boil the eggs first.

3. Eventually we will have to either eat the eggs or throw them out, but they must remain in the frig when not being admired.

4. 1 dozen eggs is plenty.

5. Red food coloring often makes eggs pink, not red.

We always have more complaints and tears over these issues, that I almost hope that the kids will forget about the whole dyeing of eggs tradition. But, alas, they remembered. Anyway, here is a cute pic of them after they were all done.
